超强台风中的关西机场

从今天早上6点开始,滞留关西国际机场的数千名旅客可以搭乘渡轮前往基本没有受灾的神户机场,每班次搭载110人,15-20分钟一班。
查看NOTAM发现关西机场附近的神户机场和大阪伊丹机场没有受到大的台风影响,也许可以接受一部分关西机场的客流量。
有媒体报道说公路铁路桥完全修复到事故前的规模可能需要半年时间,但机场航班会于一周之内再开。
上午8点,通过公路桥巴士的乘客运送已经开始。
到晚上11点,机场运营公司正式发布,滞留在机场内的7800人已经全部撤离(除了希望继续在机场等待的25人以外)。

由于B跑道和第二航站楼没有受到大的灾害,从9月7日起开启部分国内航班运营。

关西国际机场是日本第二大国际机场,也是日本第一座可24小时营运的机场,更是全世界第一座采民营(公有民营)方式营运的国际机场。
该机场于1994年9月4日正式启用,航班覆盖世界上80多个城市,最多时一周执行1241个航班。2017年的总旅客人数为2090万,日平均为7万8千人。
另外关西机场也是一个重要的贸易运输中心,每年的出口贸易额达到500亿美元以上。
同机场有两条跑道,A号跑道长度为3500米,在本次台风灾害中A跑道和附近滑行道区域被淹。另有一条长度为4000米的B跑道,可以正常使用。

超强台风飞燕(Super Typhoon Jebi)来袭,雅虎新闻说关西机场已经关闭,午休时看了看各个机场的气象信息如何。

太厉害了,关西机场的metar显示风速达到了57-73节,也就是时速最快达到了135公里,不得了,怪不得机场得关门了呢。

打开flightradar24查一下,发现果然大阪和名古屋附近上空一架飞机都没有。

相信此后的速度超过了100节了吧,也许这就是人工海上机场的宿命。

往后接连看到RVR,风向标,测速仪,DME,ILS也接连故障,这次台风的暴烈程度完全超出了我的想象。

晚上回到家打开新闻看到如此惨状 台风"飞燕"登陆日本致6死 3000人被困关西机场

25年来侵袭日本的最强台风"飞燕"登陆,挟带强风豪雨重创日本西部地区,造成至少6人丧生和近百人受伤。关西机场因跑道淹水等关闭,3000人受困机场。
强风吹走许多房屋的屋顶,吹翻行经桥上的卡车,还吹得停泊在大阪湾的一艘油轮撞上附近通往关西国际机场的桥梁。
风暴卷起的大浪也使得滨海的关西机场局部淹水,所有航班都被迫取消。恶劣天候导致许多地方停电,全国各地旅游行程大乱。
关西国际机场因为跑道及建筑物淹水等,已无法提供机场服务,从日本时间下午3时起全面关闭机场,有数百个航班受影响。由于目前联外桥梁无法通行,在机场内的民众暂时处于受困状态。
