List of Individuals Seriously Discredited for Civil Aviation Restricted from Taking Civil Aircraft Published
A few months ago, I introduced taking civil aircraft and the social credit system. This system has now officially launched. Today, I saw on the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) website the Announcement of the List of Seriously Dishonest Persons Restricted from Taking Civil Aircraft (No. 1, 2018):
Based on the administrative penalty records of public security organs, 86 individuals were subjected to administrative penalties by public security organs for engaging in behaviors that violate the provisions of the "Opinions on Appropriately Restricting Specific Seriously Dishonest Persons from Taking Civil Aircraft within a Certain Period to Promote the Construction of the Social Credit System" (Fa Gai Cai Jin [2018] No. 385), and have been recorded in the civil aviation records of seriously dishonest persons restricted from taking civil aircraft in accordance with regulations.The publicity period has now expired, and the involved persons are prohibited from taking civil aircraft for one year, calculated from June 1, 2018.
Inside, there is an Excel file—“List of Seriously Dishonest Persons Restricted from Taking Civil Aircraft.xls”—which records the names, ID numbers, reasons for inclusion, names of legal documents, and reference numbers of legal documents for these dishonest persons.

Finally, to summarize, this is a reminder to all passengers not to harbor any侥幸心理 (luck/luck). The following behaviors will result in a one-year ban from flying:
1 Concealing or carrying: Matches, lighters/fire starters, bullets, ammunition, lighters, handcuffs, electric shock devices, tear gas, imitation guns, controlled knives, electronic lighters 2 Forging or using others’ identification documents 3 Causing trouble or disrupting cabin order on the aircraft 4 Smoking on the aircraft 5 Obstructing, forcibly occupying, charging security channels, or beating others during airport security screening
