A: To select an airport, look for Select Global Airport in the Location menu,
To select an aircraft, look for Open Aircraft in the Aircraft menu.

A: Select Operations & Warning in the Settings menu,
Then check Start each flight with engines running under Startup so you can take off with the engines already running every time.
