As the caption says, “Nice afternoon light,” The soft light before the winter dusk is exactly the target every photographer pursues. Even more coincidentally, I caught the landing of American Airlines’ first Boeing 787 passenger aircraft, N800AN, and the timing was perfect.
Additionally, the shadow cast by the main wing on the fuselage is very clear, and the shape of the deployed Flaps can be seen very distinctly.
Actually, this is also a photo from a long time ago. Taken in December 2016. Camera: Canon EOS-1D X Mark II. Shutter 1/640, Focal Length 400mm. Aperture f6.3, ISO 250.

Later, it made it to the front page leaderboard, but regrettably, it only took 2nd place in the end.
I couldn’t recreate the miracle of topping the list last time.
