One can’t help but marvel at the immense skill and deep passion of Japanese aviation enthusiasts.

The highlights of this video include:

1. This is a latest-model Boeing 787-9 airliner; considering there are currently only two such aircraft in the entire world, it is quite rare.
2. It shows ANA Flight 25 taking off from Haneda in heavy rain. You can see the rain lines completely covering the window, making it look as if the aircraft is right inside a typhoon.
3. During the approach to Osaka, downtown landmarks such as Osaka Castle are clearly visible. Having visited Osaka many times and watched approaching airliners from the ground countless times, this flight path feels incredibly familiar.
4. Since the videographer was seated right next to the engine, the segment where the engine thrust reversers are deployed after touch down is captured very clearly and is full of impact.
