In the default installation of X-Plane 10, the PAPI lights are always quite dim, making it very difficult to see clearly when far from the airport. This plugin provides four types of lighting, located in four separate directories: 1 lights.txt-normal-distance-bloom 2 lights.txt-high-distance-bloom 3 lights.txt-4XSSAA-normal-distance-bloom 4 lights.txt-4XSSAA-high-distance-bloom You can choose any one of them according to your personal preference.

I tried the most basic “normal-distance-bloom”, and the installation method is very simple. Just copy lights.txt to X-Plane 10/Resources/bitmaps/world/lites/. Overwriting the original file is all that is needed. As for the effect, it is indeed significantly brighter than before. I am quite satisfied.
